Your Confetti Guide

Our soft play equipment is designed for children ages 1-5, with soft, toddler-friendly pieces made for climbing, exploring, and play. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Each package includes up to 5 hours of play. Setup and breakdown are handled outside of your rental time, with setup and breakdown typically taking 45-60 minutes. Additional time may be added for $50 per hour, based on availability. 

We serve Rosamond, Lancaster, Palmdale, and surrounding Antelope Valley areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

Start by filling out our event inquiry form with a few details about your celebration. Once we confirm availability, we'll send you everything needed to secure your Mini Confetti booking. 

At booking: A $100 refundable reservation and security deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit is separate from the rental price and does not reduce the rental balance. 

Before your event: The full rental price must be paid before delivery and setup begin. 

After pickup: The $100 deposit will be refunded within five business days, provided the equipment is returned clean, dry, undamaged, and complete. Any applicable cleaning, repair, replacement, or missing-item costs may be deducted from the deposit. 

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before your event will receive a full refund of the $100 reservation and security deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. 

Instead of canceling, you may request one reschedule. If approved, your deposit will be transferred to another available event date within 6 months of the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written approval by Mini Confetti.

For outdoor events, if Mini Confetti determines that weather conditions are unsafe, payments may be transferred one time to another available date within 6 months.

For the best and safest experience, your setup area should be clean, dry, flat, and free of debris. We can set up on grass, concrete, artificial turf, tile, or indoor flooring. We're unable to set up on dirt, gravel, muddy areas, or uneven surfaces. 

Yes. All equipment is carefully cleaned and sanitized after every event using child-safe products before it heads to the next celebration.
